Q-1: I receive this error when loading the data: "ERROR: QB-2147220424"
A-1: This error occurs when you have two different versions of QuickBooks open at the same time. Close one version of QuickBooks and AllReports then reopen AllReports and try loading the data again.

Q-2: I receive the follow error when I try loading my data: "ERROR:getData"
A-2: This error happens when your QuickBooks file is too large to load. To correct this error you need to use the Large File loading instructions by clicking the Large File check box (see image below).

Q-3: When I open AllReports I receive the following error: "Cannot perform this operation on an open database"?
A-3: Uninstall AllReports and reinstall under the following directory: C:\Users\Public\Documents|Intuit\QuickBooks\.

Q-4: When I click the run button in AllReports I receive the following error: "QuickBooks is not running"
A-4: Uninstall AllReports and QBFC 13.0 and reinstall under the following directory: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\.

Q-5: I'm using Windows® Vista® (or newer) and I cannot save files to my local C Drive?
A-5: You can save the files to a flash drive then change the drive letter to your flash drive letter in AllReports or save the files to your desktop or other shared location.

Q-6: After I load my QuickBooks data the employees do not have their Social Security Numbers?
A-6: To correct this error in QuickBooks do the following:

  1. Choose Edit, Preferences then Integrated Applications.

Q-8: After I click load data an error appears that says: "Class not registered"
A-8: The error occurs if you are logged into Windows as a different user than the user that installed AllReports. AllReports uses the current user directories to store the application and data.
